The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our elevator was out of service for our entire stay, which made getting to our room a nightmare. We had to use the outside emergency stairs that felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Additionally, we encountered issues with our room's refrigerator and had to ask for a replacement, which took way too long to resolve.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spotless and spacious. Free breakfast had plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a convenient location near shops and restaurants. 😊

my previous stay in la puente was fine, but this time at comfort suites really exceeded my expectations. the staff was super friendly and always smiling, which made me feel welcome. the free breakfast had a nice selection that got my day started right, and the room was clean and comfy.

The proximity to local shops and restaurants was a bonus, especially with Portos bakery just a short drive away. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit problematic, and the door latch didn't close properly, but the staff was ready to help.

Free breakfast kept the mornings interesting with a different selection daily, though it didn't always meet expectations. Easy access to the freeway made getting around LA a breeze, and being within walking distance of a mall proved convenient for snacks and necessities.

The parking lot also felt uninviting with some sketchy characters hanging around, though we managed to find spots most nights.
